General Product un-installation Instructions

In the unlikely event you wish to remove our product/s, you can easily uninstall them just as you would any other software on your computer or mobile device:

Windows Products – Automatically:

1. Click Start in the lower left corner of your screen
2. From the Programs menu, select the product that you wish to remove.
3. Select Uninstall.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts until finished.

Manually:

1. Click Start at the lower left corner of your screen
2. Click in the “Control Panel” menu button
3. Choose Programs/Uninstall a Software
4. Mark the specific product you wish to remove under the applications list
5. Choose Uninstall

Mobile Devices:

• On your device press the application icon until the menu appears.
• Inside the Menu, select Uninstall

Uninstalling Pro-Tec Antivirus

To Uninstall IDSeal Pro-Tec Antivirus Automatically:

1. Click Start in the lower left corner of Microsoft Windows home screen.
2. Type in Add or Remove Programs in search bar.
3. Click on the suggested result.
4. In the list of programs find and click on IDSeal Antivirus.
5. Select Uninstall.
6. Follow the on-screen wizard until finished.

To Uninstall IDSeal Pro-Tec Antivirus Manually:

1. Click Start button in the lower left corner of Microsoft Windows home screen.
2. Click the Control Panel menu button.
3. Choose Programs/Uninstall a Software.
4. Mark IDSeal Antivirus under the application list.
5. Choose Uninstall.
