If this feature does not comply with your company policies, please contact your service provider.<\/p>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><h4 style=\"color: #2b93d1; padding-top: 140px; margin-top: -100px;\">How do I perform a clean uninstall of IDSeal Cloud Backup?<\/h4><p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>For Windows:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to your Control Panel \u2192 Programs and Features \u2192 IDSeal Cloud Backup \u2192 Uninstall.<\/li><li>Now, IDSeal Cloud Backup Uninstall wizard will start, to perform a clean uninstall, make sure that the option Keep IDSeal Cloud Backup Settings (Recommended if you wish to reinstall) is not selected.<\/li><li>Proceed with the uninstallation wizard.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>For Mac:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Click Go on the Finder bar \u2192 Applications \u2192 From the list of your installed applications, locate both of IDSeal Cloud Backup and IDSeal Cloud Backup Restore apps, and delete them from there. (Drag them to the Trash)<\/li><li>Click Go on the Finder bar again \u2192 Go to folder.. \u2192 Type ~\/.config\/ and hit Enter \u2192 IDSeal Cloud Backup \u2192 Delete the whole IDSeal Cloud Backup folder from there.
