If I have two devices that I want to use for Cloud Backup, can I upload from both of them using the same account? / Si j’ai deux appareils que je veux utiliser pour la Sauvegarde dans le nuage, puis-je télécharger à partir des deux appareils en utilisant le même compte?

Each device needs its own account. You cannot use the same email for two devices.
Inside the IDSeal Cloud Backup app you can send an invite to your secondary email for the new device to be backed up under the new email.
